Abstract
Various cases of accidents and fires due to welding activities require OHS assistance. Objectives: To analyze the influence of attitudes and OHS knowledge on control measures, the hazards and control measures on health effects, and assess the knowledge of welders on OHS. Quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis, paired sample t-test and Z-test. Likert scale questionnaires, pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and observations in each welding workshop. Individual attitudes and knowledge of OHS have a significant relationship with the preventive measures. Likewise, hazards and control measures have a substantial correlation to the health effect of welders. Both have a strong degree of correlation. The individual attitude of the welder and knowledge of OHS have a positive influence on preventive action. Likewise, hazards and control measures have also a positive influence on the health effect of welders. Simultaneously, individual attitudes of welders and OHS knowledge have a positive influence on preventive action. Likewise, hazards and precautions have also a positive influence on the health impact of welders. The significant difference in knowledge between welders after being given OHS counseling. OHS knowledge and welder attitudes influence control measures, while hazards and control measures affect health impacts. OHS education has been successful in improving the welders’ knowledge. Provide welding and OHS training, improve prevention. Continue support welding workshop, perform qualitative research for all variables in this research..

Abstract
Government institutions, both central and local, have issued many policies and regulatory products related to tropical peatland management. Still, peatland degradation and conversion and even land fires continue to occur in Riau. The role of an effective and synergistic institutional network is essential and strategic for its existence. This paper analyzes the dominant role of key institutions in the arena of action for the peat ecosystem restoration plan and formulates a model of the institutional network. The method used is applying systematic and iterative graphic theory with institutional analysis tools, namely ISM or Interpretative Structure Modeling. The study results obtained three classifications of peat ecosystem restoration institutional networks based on critical institutions' main tasks and functions: institutional coordination, cooperation, and assistance/guidance programs. The conclusion drawn is that based on the institutional network model, it is known that cooperative institutions facilitate the maturation of the concept of peat restoration against the jointly planned program. The policy implication is strengthening the synergy of multi-stakeholder institutions formed as a critical factor in the management of sustainable peat restoration.

"DETERMINATION OF KEY FACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUSTAINABLE TPST-BANTARGEBANG MANAGEMENT: THE MICMAC APPROACH"

Author(s)

Abstract
The development of the area in the TPST-Bantargebang moved by conditions of decreasing capacity in the zone. The resulting negative externalities have had an impact on social and environmental conflicts for the surrounding community. The success of developing an area is determined by the existence and effectiveness of the roles of each stakeholder involved. Therefore, this study is important to do, especially for the development of sustainable management of TPST-Bantargebang. The objective of this research focused on finding the key factors driving the development of TPST-Bantargebang management. The method used is the MICMAC analysis approach. Retrieval of data through interviews key informants (experts) that determined based on the results of the snowball method. The results of the analysis show that there are important key factors, namely the development of human resource capacity and environmental carrying capacity. It recommended that the management of the TPST-Bantargebang establish a development scenario for the development of the TPST-Bantargebang based on these two key factors are in the social and environmental dimensions.

IDENTIFIKASI HAMBATAN PADA PENANGANAN PENANGGULANGAN KEBAKARAN DI WILAYAH JAKARTA TIMUR

"IDENTIFICATION OF OBSTACLES TO FIRE MANAGEMENT IN THE EAST JAKARTA AREA"

Abstract
Increased population density, community activities, lack of infrastructure and people unable to cope with fires are fire-prone areas. This study aims to identify barriers to fire prevention in the East Jakarta area so that fires can be prevented and dealt with properly. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with content analysis, bowtie analysis and A'WOT analysis. The results show that the response time of the officers according to the target time reached 98% and 2% did not, the most fire objects were residential buildings 28%, 81% extinguished by officers and 19% extinguished by the community, the area that covers a radius of 2km from the 160.59Km2 fire post service has not been reached 27 ,44Km2. Bowtie's analysis shows the hazard of fire, the top event is limited in fire management supervision, the threat response time is more than 15 minutes the barrier increases the preparedness and skills of officers, uses an effective, fast, and accurate fire report application, the threat of lack of coverage area of the barrier post increases the number of fire stations. fires, providing fire extinguishers and hydrants. The A'WOT analysis shows the quadrant IV integration strategy, conditions that grow and develop. It can be concluded that the lack of service coverage areas and fire facilities and infrastructure in the community can inhibit fire fighting. The managerial implication is expected to increase the number of posts to support the punctuality of the response time of officers, facilitate socialization, training, fire simulations on a regular basis and thoroughly to the public so that they are more concerned about the threat of fire hazards.
