Abstract
Mount Pancar Nature Park (TWAGP) was located in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. As a unity of sustainability, the TWAGP ecosystem must be able to provide benefits with various values. In the context of the valuation approach, of course, there are practical and normative dimensions for selecting ecosystem services. This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the number of visits to TWAGP and calculate the economic valuation of TWAGP based on the travel cost method (TCM). The method used was TCM. This method was calculated based on total consumer surplus, the coefficient of travel expenses, and total visits respondents. The analysis showed that four factors influence visit frequency, to TWAGP including, cost of travel, level of education, length of knowledge and distance travelled. The consumer surplus of individuals per visit was Rp209.000, and the total economic value was Rp8.535.978.000. The recommendation is a response to the willingness of visitors to pay an additional entry fee than what enforced needs to followed by improving the quality of tourist attractions so that visitors are satisfied and increasingly want to return to visit.

Abstract
As a public facility, the RSUD hospital building had to identify from potential fire hazards, a fire protection system is needed. The actual effort is the implementation of a fire protection system by the procedures, including an active protection system and life-saving facilities. Identifying the application of active protection systems and life-saving facilities and the reliability of building safety against fire. The study used descriptive qualitative to reveal events or facts and circumstances that occur according to conditions in the field. So that it takes direct observations and interviews with informants to get data. The application of an active protection system has a condition value of 17.04%. Life-saving facilities component value of 23.25%. The reliability value of building safety was 87.48% or the "B" good category. Overall, the value of active protection components, the condition of life-saving facilities and the reliability of building fire safety shows the reliability value in the Good category. However, there were still sub-components of the active protection system that are not owned or have not installed in every building in the RSUD.

Abstract
The determination of partners in community service activities (PkM) is based on the existence of vacant land that used as a garbage dump. It has an impact on the appearance of unpleasant odours and disturbs the view. The objective of the activity is to provide training in making family-scale compost using the takakura method, and assisting in greening house and yard plants based on homemade compost. The goals of PkM's activities are to improve cleanliness in the community's environment and increase reforestation using homemade compost. The tools and materials used are the general standards of the takakura method. The results of the activity showed that the training using the compost of the takamura method recognized by the community as an easy, simple, and useful practice for greening the environment. It expected that the impact is that the community can apply it at home and in the neighbourhood where they live gradually starting from the micro-scale in the community unit.

Abstract
This study is focused on efforts to find environmental problems and determine the priority of environmental programs with a systems approach. Data collection was obtained from secondary and primary data including observations and interviews. FGDs (focus group discussions) are conducted with stakeholders concerned and related to various types of environmental services. Resolution techniques for complex problems have used the concept of a dynamic system model. The model simulation approach is carried out in this method. The results of the study noted that the conversion of paddy fields, ponds and agriculture to industrial estates contributes to the loss of environmental services. Priority environmental service in an industrial area, namely the function and living space, maintenance of clean water and air quality, regulation of water flow and flooding. Prediction results of the simulation up to 2031 show that the economic value obtained after conversion maybe even smaller than the value of long-term benefits. The implication of this conclusion, especially the management of water and air quality in the industrial area, the policymakers need to conduct environmental monitoring regularly, given the simulation results show there will be an increase in land demand each year in line with the growth of the industrial sector.

PEMETAAN DAN STRATEGI KEBIJAKAN: DAMPAK KERUSAKAN TANAH UNTUK PRODUKSI BIOMASA DI KOTA DEPOK

Abstract
Depok area was planned to had a harmonious use of space between settlements, socio-economic activities and conservation efforts. The rapid growth of the region had implications for land needs, including conversion of agricultural land. The area indicated with high potential for soil damage for biomass production was the Sawangan district. The purpose of study was the mapping of policy strategies for preventing soil damage for biomass production. The method used was survey mapping and descriptive analysis. The result shows that status of land damage for biomass production was categorized as moderate and high category. The priority policy was to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and the application of liming before planting. The recommendation was that the "moderate" land damage category was for dry land-use, while the "high" category was as land-use for vacant land.

STATUS KEBERLANJUTAN PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH TERPADU DI TPST-BANTARGEBANG BEKASI: MENGGUNAKAN RAPFISH DENGAN R STATISTIK

Abstract


The study of the sustainability status of solid waste management from DKI Jakarta in TPST (Integrated Waste Management) Bantargebang Bekasi is quite limited, and generally only limits the scope of pollution, social problems, and the issue of landfill expansion. One of the TPST development concepts is waste management that is more environmentally friendly, technologically, and coordinated. This study focuses on evaluating of integrated waste management in the Bantargebang TPST. Data collected in this study include primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected from expert interviews, while secondary data from reports, journals and the results of studies of various related agencies. The analysis technique uses multi-dimensional scaling of Rapfish which is integrated into the R statistics software. The results of the study show the sustainability status of integrated waste management in TPST-Bantargebang among stakeholders is very diverse, on average the multidimensional index values range at 51.71 at a 97 percent determination level and produce 15 sensitive attributes that affect the integrated waste management at TPST-Bantargebang. In conclusion, overall the sustainability status of integrated waste management in TPST-Bantargebang is included in the sustainable category (pass).
